Urban and semi-urban centers across the region witness a rising number of orphaned and street-dwelling children who face extreme systemic vulnerabilities. Lacking a secure home, these children are exposed to daily physical dangers, acute malnutrition, and a complete lack of formal schooling, trapping them in a persistent loop of poverty. The Orphan and Street Children Shelter and Education Project was launched to address this crisis. The core objective of this project is to provide a highly secure, nurturing residential environment paired with a comprehensive education program to fulfill their basic physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
ROSA NGO executes this project by partnering with verified local residential facilities to secure safe homes equipped with modern amenities, clean water, and proper bedding. The operational strategy involves qualified educators who design customized, flexible academic curricula and practical vocational training tracks. Field officers and social workers connect with child welfare organizations to identify vulnerable children through a community-driven approach. The program provides daily nutritious meals, seasonal clothing, and continuous healthcare services, creating a structured routine that fosters growth, discipline, and emotional healing.
The project delivers life-changing interventions by completely breaking the cycle of street-level vulnerability and poverty for these children.
