Without a protective family framework or institutional support, these displaced youth are trapped in a cycle of generational poverty and social neglect. The central purpose of the initiative is to facilitate the seamless admission of vulnerable street children into reputable Madrasahs and orphanages, guaranteeing them a stable living environment and an empowering, formal education.
ROSA NGO implements this project by deploying social workers and engaging religious leaders to identify children in high-risk environments using a culturally sensitive approach. The organization establishes comprehensive scholarship programs that fully cover tuition fees, textbooks, uniform costs, and additional academic support. By partnering directly with verified residential orphanages and Madrasahs, the project secures a safe, monitored, and nurturing living environment for children without homes. Field officers closely track project outcomes by conducting rigorous, ongoing assessments of each student's academic progress, emotional well-being, and community integration.
