The 10 Tk Food Distribution Project was designed as a creative, market-conscious response to hunger. The core purpose of the project is to make freshly cooked, nutritionally balanced meals accessible to economically challenged individuals at a token cost of just 10 Taka, actively preserving their personal dignity. Key Activities & ImplementationROSA NGO implements this project by setting up highly efficient, hygienic community kitchens in areas with high poverty density. To support the regional agrarian economy, ingredients are sourced directly from local smallholder farmers, boosting the local market. The project involves local community leaders to ensure menus are culturally sensitive and targeted precisely at those in maximum need. The Employment Generation for Fakir-Miskin project was launched to permanently disrupt this cycle of dependency. The core objective of this comprehensive economic program is to create diverse, sustainable employment pathways, transforming destitute individuals into independent micro-entrepreneurs and skilled tradespeople. Key Activities & ImplementationImplementation begins with a comprehensive, localized needs assessment to identify specific aptitude and skill development areas.
